"Mybcmea" is a resource centre for ILWU Longshore employees to access personal employment information. "Employers" is accessible by Association Board Members and Senior Staff. The site includes Vessel Allocation and Human Resource information. The Waterfront Occupational Health and Safety System ('WOHSS') pertains to accidents and injuries which occur to waterfront employees.


BCMEA ILWU Summary Disposition 2010-03

The Association was successful in a recent arbitration decision regarding the Association's right to communicate directly with casuals to inform them of increased work opportunity and to encourage them to make themselves available for increased work opportunity.
