How to report a Shortage to ADP

When an employee calls to report a shortage, ADP will require the information attached to perform their investigation with the member company. Supplying as many pieces of information as possible will assist ADP in completing the claim process in the shortest amount of time. If you can provide a copy of your dispatch slip, it would further accelerate this process
