Confidential Incident Reporting ProgramAny employee covered by a collective agreement on the Waterfront can raise their concerns regarding negative workplace behaviour or conditions directly to a facilitator who will hear and explore the concerns raised. Program awarenessBCMEA wishes to promote awareness of this program which will operate in conjunction with existing BCMEA member employer policies which are applicable to any incident being raised. Both the BCMEA and any employer are also bound by strict confi dentiality standards. These standards will be reviewed with the concerned employee prior to any discussion of an incident. or by scheduling a confidential in person meeting with the BCMEA facilitator. Those persons wishing to meet in person with the facilitator have the option of scheduling the meeting off site.
